Customer Service & Support Administrator

Based at our Sandyford, Dublin 18 facility, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service & Support Administrator to join our team.

The Role

  • To provide a highest levels of Customer Service and Support to both a pre-determined range of account and new business.
  • To provide administrative support to our Field Sales Personnel, resulting in achieving sales objectives and satisfied customers.
  • Maintain and update local and online systems. Managing customer lists, product lists and databases.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and develop new business via telephone, online and on-site meetings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To work with customers ensuring that enquiries, orders and any other requests are promptly and effectively actioned to the full satisfaction of the customer.  This will require good communication, internally with the various departments and externally with customers and other partners as required.

Key Objectives

  • To ensure that specific requests from customers directly or indirectly are responded to in professional and timely fashion.
  • Processing and management of customer order and invoice flow.
  • To follow through to satisfactory conclusions any request for information or product, and to record these processes for traceability.
  • To ensure that the Company optimises its potential when dealing with the customer and by doing so, assist in achieving company sales targets.
  • To help promote the Company as an efficient and professional operation through good, positive communication.
  • To work with other departments as appropriate so as to ensure that our customers’ requirements are fully satisfied.
  • To support field sales personnel with the administration of existing and new accounts.
  • Maintain company online presence – website, social media and online stores.
  • Manage online system – add/remove/update products, process orders, manage online payments.
  • Manage targeted email marketing campaigns as required.
  • Regular Courtesy and Sales calls to both new and existing customers

Essential Skills required

  • The company operates with an enterprise MRP system and the CRM system is Salesforce. Good PC skills are a must especially a knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of e-commerce an advantage although training will be provided.
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Customer Service / commercial environment experience an advantage.
  • Graphics and design an advantage.

This is a full time position from 9.00am to 5.30pm each day with 60 minutes for lunch.

Sales & Service Executive, Cork

Based in Munster, this role is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful and established organisation.  This role will ideally suit a person who has both a sales and office administration background.  The role involves being part of a team and working together to deliver sales and a high level of customer satisfaction. Our company, a print, labels and packing solutions company has been supplying all manner of industries for over 30 years. We wish to recruit a Sales Executive to join our successful team. It is envisaged that this role will be mainly field-based with possibly one day per week office-based.

Responsibilities

In field:

  • Complete store visits as part of a set journey plan to selected large and small format retail stores
  • To build external relationships with store personnel and to track competitors’ activity
  • Complete and record relative feedback on every call using company reporting systems
  • Maintaining relationships with existing Customers and identifying new opportunities to increase sales from them
  • Achieve set sales targets
  • Report daily to Sales Manager or office as required

In office:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and ensure that information is captured correctly
  • Follow up on any email enquiries promptly
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell products

Requirements for this role

  • Experience within a similar role or industry an advantage
  • Experience in making sales calls & office admin
  • Exposure to multiples, symbol groups and independents an advantage
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Self-motivation and determination to succeed
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Full computer literacy and familiar with smartphone, laptop or notebook devices

Attention to detail is essential. Demonstrate excellent Customer Service in every engagement. Deal efficiently & effectively with all customer queries. A positive attitude and the ability to represent our company with the utmost professionalism is required

Full clean drivers licence is essential.
